When I don’t get my morning walk in, I try to snatch a 30 or 40 minute stroll around the neighborhood.
Tricky these days because Tucson has a huge outbreak of the Nile virus so I need to remember to cover myself in mosquito repellant. I try to take the camera. I’m often disappointed because the photos are so far from what I hope they’ll be. 
But I have a lot of fun … and the new magazine out of Phoenix – AZ 3 Sixty – www.az3sixty.com published 2 of my photos in their July/Aug 06 issue. And I received my 2 complimentary copies of Oregon East - www3.eou.edu -which has published one of my poems.
