I wanted to give you an update. I’m in Shirley’s refrigerator. She is so happy just having me here. Today she used me to congratulate her steamed carrots. I was surprised when she added chopped olives (the Kalamata kind) but it turned out ok. I was the most important ingredient because of my freshness. I absolutely sparkled with green.

Just in case she doesn’t get time to write a thank you, I wanted you to know that she, as I, was so happy to grow in your garden. Your tender love and attention went straight to my heart.

Give my best regards to the rest of your garden. Tell them it is a supreme service to be eaten with such appreciation and joy.
