What is at the Heart of a Cookie?
Yesterday Jan and I (after the movie, Charlotte’s Web) sat in the car which was warm and sunny. We closed our eyes and we called cookie spirits. We sat quietly a few minutes then began to talk about our cookie project. One image that came to Jan was of rolling cookies. We talked about ease and fun. We talked about inviting others and how to get the word out. Our energy grew light and playful. We’re not cookie mistresses but we sure are dedicated writers who like to make things happen. Fun things happen.
We’re planning a baking day to try out recipes. Jan’s friend, Bruce, has offered his kitchen and said he’d take photos. 
We’re envisioning cookie stories, memories, and tips coming in.
